  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Bonus: Chocolate Chips, Peanut Butter, Protein Powder
  • Optional Toppings: syrup, fruit, whipped cream

Mash bananas in bowl with fork. Add egg and oats, and mix well.

Isn’t it just…I am going to make some blueberry compote as my grandson is a little older and loves blueberries on his pancakes and hopefully, he won’t notice the oats as they also have bananas in them..perfect for kids or fussy eaters and me…lol

Yes, I agree…I don’t use sugar syrup even in my smoothies you don’t need it but basically, it is a nice recipe and just needs us to tweak it..doesn’t it ? But that is the fun of cooking…I am doing blueberries instead of chocolate as I don’t use chocolate very much in cooking at all and my grandson loves blueberries so will be happy with that ๐Ÿ™‚ If you try them I hope you enjoy them ๐Ÿ™‚
