Delightful and delicious, Carol. I had star fruit once and enjoyed it. Fortunately (long ago) a man at the grocery store saw me eyeing a bagful on mark-down. He encouraged me to buy them, saying they weren’t at their best until they looked like they were going bad. He was right — delicious. The others, however, are a mystery to me. 🙂 Hugs.

Yes oh where oh where are these weeks flying too Carol. A great share my friend and wonderful information. Sending love and hugs your way x I will be interested in catching your curry details, I made a curry last week, I am afraid I am not a high spicy person mine are the Korma kind mild.. I find my stomach can not take the very hot spices.
Sending thoughts for a great rest of the week your way x
