Hello…It’s weekly roundup time again I haven’t written so much this week I have been working on my cookbook…But just in case you missed some then here they all are…I hope you enjoy them 🙂
It has been one of those days for me my laptop is not connecting to the internet…everyone else’s is..just not mine…so I am plugged directly into the modem and improvising, not my normal comfy seat where I write.
The Kaffir Lime was my Fruity Friday’s theme and a very versatile fruit it is…

Still trying to place my eyes back into my head after getting to the CARROT CAKE portion of the post. Easter is not far away and this beauty will certainly be part of the holiday’s joy. Thanks so much for sharing.

I used to knit, sew and crochet a lot and that was worthwhile as the stuff lasted for ages and I could see the fruits of my labours. Tried cooking but got fed up with the kids poking and prodding my brilliant new dishes with looks of disgust on their faces moaning “yeuk, what’s this muck?” Yes, as you guessed I blew up!

Poor you that didn’t encourage you did it Lucinda?…Maybe just cook for you..small portions until you gain confidence…many of my recipes like the Thai ones are only for one person…I eat too spicy for my hubby so lots of the time I just cook enough for one..Me!….Have a lovely weekend x
