Good morning/afternoon and welcome…This week it is a post from my archives …I am on week 3 of my food diary and it is helping but this weeks has a few extra additions I have been stressed and all the rest and struggling with the smallness of the iPad and its quirks…So no loss this week stayed the same which is a minor miracle in itself…lol..
