I got to be the first for this post!!! yea!!!!! My doctor told me about a year ago to take b12 because as you get older, it is harder to burn calories!!!

Go you, I hope this helps and Sally is always happy to answer questions …I don’t find that its any more difficult to lose weight and I am old but I practise intermittent fasting which has really helped me shift those lbs…I also eat what I fancy..just less :)…Thanx for dropping by Scott 🙂
