I also left a comment at Sally’s site as well..incredible menu! What a feast of celebration, with tradition and modern flair mixed perfectly! I will be sharing a couple of side dishes I love in the next few days, but nothing will top this!

People are surprised when I offer beet as something to put under the meat on their burger….but then they fall in love with it!

I know I first had that here as a lot of Aussies came to our bar/restaurant and they love beet in their burgers hence my beetroot chutney which they loved on their burgers as did we…I also love beet juice I drink it a few days a week 🙂 x
