A topic on everyone’s mind and always good to have more info…The Coronavirus seems to be taking hold out there…and diets they come go but long term they can wreak havoc on the body…Keto is no exception we don’t know its long term effects on our bodies. it hasn’t been around long enough but there are good signs that a long term controlled study should be conducted in the meantime be careful.
