Water Buffalo

Sharon at the awesome Gum trees and Galaxies blog, just the title which I think is so cool just makes me want to pop in for a read nominated me to participate in the Travel picture challenge. I mean do I have travel pictures…haha… Gum trees and galaxies blogs about travel, adventure, books, life and stuff especially if your passion is all of those plus the environment it then makes this blog a must-read who knows what little gems you may find…

The challenge is about visual images so we need to post a favourite travel picture for 10 days without explanation and nominate someone else to participate.

If I nominate you and you don’t want to participate, please do not feel obliged, but if you do, please link back to me so that I can see your post, in these curtailed times vicarious travel is a lovely escape, I would love to see what you choose to post.

Actually, I am finding it hard to decide who to nominate, if you would like to be nominated leave me a comment and I will send the next one your way. Today I nominate Tony and Marje at https://backroadsandotherstories.com/   They are passionate about their RV and just taking off to see where they end up…they share stories and tips on campervan travel, life on the road, beautiful sunsets and sunrises and what it’s like to cook in the van…

I do hope they accept this challenge as I am sure they have many travel photos to share and we would all love to see them…

These ones live with monks and I haven’t seen aggression from them however another place we visited was at the top of a hill, a few restaurants and many visitors..A friend of ours watched someone tormenting a monkey with food quite badly the monkey then approached my friends father who offered him food the monkey then lunged and bit his arm really badly damaging tendons he had to have an operation and was hospitalised for a while…I wish people would not agreviate them as they are wild animals and unfortunately will react as such if provoked …My friends father was the innocent party but what was the animal to think after being tormented prior to that? We are now always wary and place food on the ground and back off…

Sounds a wonderful project to participate in. My hands are too full right now with my knitting project.
Must be nice to jump into an RV and wake up in a different location . I could do with that right now as we are in total lockdown here again.
    Have a great day Carol.
    Love and blessings ❤️❤️🙏

Yes, there is a vast difference sometimes between species Thailand has more water buffaloes than cows…The cows are quite skinny and bony here not like English cows same as the chickens they are skinny here …Hope you are all well there, Robbie and had a good festive season 🙂 x

Hi Carol, we are well and had a nice but short break in the bush. Very rural so little risk of infection. I am back in the hamster ball and, somehow, not very enthusiastic. My project is dragging and it frustrates me.
