I eat a hearty breakfast, which has always included eggs. Now eggs, even hardboiled, upset my stomach, so I have to add more protein later in the day.

Thanks for sharing Carol… amazing how many of these habits died out when cereals took over the supermarket aisles offering a quick fix so conveniently and we now have an obesity level that will take a miracle to sort out…xxx

I know, Sally we have never been great cereal eaters..Porridge mainly or weetabix and that’s about it…xx I agree with the miracle xx
