I think this is a brilliant idea from Sally over at Smorgasbord Magazine to feature an alternative shopping list by nutrient and the foods that supply them. At the end of the series, there is a complete shopping list that you can print off.
I know what I should be eating to maintain a healthy body but sometimes that goes out of the window when I am shopping and that is ok if in the main we stick to our list…Sticking to our list can also prevent waste particularly if we shop our fridge and larder before we complete our checklist all this ultimately saves us money as well it’s a win-win to me…#recommended read.
Please head over and have a read particularly if you have any little health or skin problems and you want to ensure that you eat the right foods to help alleviate those a little…This week it all about Vitamin A and Vitamin B…
