Haha…yes…it was lovely to get feedback on one of my recipes and who doesn’t love a hotpot when its cold 🙂

I shall be making one of those, Carol. I need to build up a winter set of recipes. My wife, Bernie, does most of the cooking – she’s really good – but I would like to do some of it and good winter stews would be a great place to start! ❤️

Carol, thank you for sharing! As I showed in my post, I worried I had put too much chicken stock in as it looked very watery, but the oven took care of that and it came out perfectly..I am such a huge fan of this I plan to make again soon!
