    Carol, thank you for sharing! As I showed in my post, I worried I had put too much chicken stock in as it looked very watery, but the oven took care of that and it came out perfectly..I am such a huge fan of this I plan to make again soon!

      Yes, it does look that way but as you found out it cooks down and the potatoes soak up the stock so happy you liked it …My pleasure to share I hope you get a few more followers and visits to your blog 🙂 x
