Day 8 of #bloganuary…What do you like most about your writing?
What do I like MOST about my writing...to me that’s a funny question…is it asking me to critic my own writing and give an opinion?…a tad one-sided as I am quite critical and would probably find lots to critic or I could like blowing my own trumpet and paint my writing in glorious technicolour and say its perfect…
What it doesn’t ask is “what do you like most about writing”...I could fill two notebooks and some on that subject…
Can you see my dilemma?…
This means I will have to hand the question over to you…Below is my last post-Saturday Snippets…I invite your comments…x
Saturday Snippets…8th January 2022…Today’s one word prompt is “New”…
I also adore your writing style, and your research on the different topis too, Carol! Thanks, also in advance! xx Michael

Ha! Clever Carol!
If I were to answer this question, I would say, the process of researching and writing; it is exciting to me.

I enjoy your writing style, Carol. Some writers seem to want to try and impress others by using sophisticated vocabulary instead of choosing words that communicate their thoughts in a matter-of-fact manner.

As Pete said, you write as if we were having a conversation – effortless, articulate and fascinating!

What I like most about my writing is that I can hear myself saying it in my accent, and picture the action as if on a cinema screen.
As for yours, the best aspect for me is that it is ‘conversational’, warm and friendly.
Best wishes, Pete. x
