For me the most ethereal, beautiful “Secret Buddha Garden” has been my most mysterious and unexpected find…one I will always remember…

We visited this beautiful place in 2002…this post is one I wrote a while ago but ut shows the mystery and beauty which is the Secret Buddha Garden…

      Pete, it is the most marvellous place and we saw it before it became a known tourist attraction now you can only go up the mountain if you are part of a tour or have a special licence/suitable vehicle plus the road we used is no longer accessible for the public…I’m sure it is just as lovely but we were the only people there when we went which made it more special and mysterious with tour groups I don’t think it would be the same…sigh…x

      Jim…it was where I fell in love with Thailand such an unexpected end to our trek not at all what we envisaged it definitely was not at all like the “secret garden” of my childhood reading x

        No, Jim because of Covid… the plan was we all met in Koh Samui for my 70th last year but it didn’t happen …hopefully soon as we can as it holds such memories for us 🙂 x

    I don’t have any real mysteries, other than why working class people in England keep on voting for the Conservative Party. That’s a mystery to me. 🙂
