For vegetarian I am incredibly picky LOL!! Asparagus is definitely one of my least favorite foods and I think it’s because I find it to be so bitter. I really don’t know how to make it better

Asparagus can be bitter if it is overcooked or if it is older asparagus…to stop the cooking add it to iced water…Hope that helps 🙂
