Love this post as usual!! I have a weird question, I have a TON of zucchini from my garden this year (which I plan on sharing with others) but do you have any amazing recipes I can use them in?! You’re the first person I thought of asking!!

Thank you for your kind words…personally I would pickle some, make some chutney like bread and butter pickles, We love aubergine and courgette bakes…sauted with butter, garlic and cheese they are great as a side dish with fish, zuchinni bread/cake or muffins are a good way to use some…they do freeze but you have to blanch them first…Hope that helps 🙂
