It was an eye opened(even) to me that has been brought home quite starkly because as you know I have been travelling for the last two months thus my diet has changed for a period of time I have had two extreme reactions and this second one I know will calm down but it has brought home to me the importance of diet on our health and lifestyle diseases…

When I look at people who are morbidly obese, I feel concern because their condition is probably a reflection of deep psychological trauma somewhere in their past, which needs to be addressed. Thanks, Carol. Thanks, Sally!
