Sadly I woke up to the news that Queen Elizabeth II had passed away…was it a sign when the double rainbow appeared where and when it did?
A rainbow is a sign of hope and although the nations will mourn our beloved Queen’s loss she is now reunited with her prince…Rest in peace, Ma’am…
The nations will mourn the loss and we will never see the like of a dedicated monarch like Queen Elizabeth 11 again…But the rainbow will give us hope…

That was a wonderful and touching video. Thank You for that and the rainbows. The Queen will be missed. I wonder how her death will affect the common wealth, and therefor world politics.

It was an amazing sight Carol… and sad day but a remarkable life and she will never be forgotten, certainly by our generation who have been luckier enough to have her as our Queen all our lives. ♥

Thank you as well, Carol! Oh yes, Germans are appreciating the nobility, as they never got free from their own ancient times. 😉 Bet wishes, Michael

I wrote a tribute to the Queen, which you can find on my Facebook page today. A woman of distinguished service indeed. She was much loved and admired.

She was a class act and will be a hard act to follow. I always loved her and feel like we’ve lost a dear grandmother.

I just love how the rainbows appeared for The Queen and her country. My daughter is studying in London and she captured a photo of a double rainbow yesterday as well.

Everything about the Queen seemed to personify class. Some of today’s leaders could take a lesson from her.

When I made “Royalty A-Z” at E! in 2000, I’d meet with Prince Edward at Buckingham Palace – and his Mom’s dogs would run down the hall and into his office – I knew the Queen was next door but never saw her – a bit surreal but you sensed the love for her #ripqueenelizabeth
